Services For Temporary Classroom Installation

Welcome to our services page, here we break down the services we offer for the preparation, erection, refurbishment and landscaping when we install a modular classroom. For further examples of each type of service please visit our Case Studies page and have a look at some of our previous jobs.

Foundations

Foundations provide the base for the building to sit on. These can come in many different shapes and sizes. Our two standard types of foundation are lightweight and concrete.

Lightweight

Involves digging down 600mm into the ground and excavating the earth until reaching clay, then compacting MOT road stone to form a solid base. From there we level a 600mm x 600mm x 50mm slab with a dry sand and cement mix and build up the base to form a level bed.

Concrete

Concrete foundations are simply we excavate a large hole depending on the quality of the ground and refill with concrete, level the concrete off and continue with the usual leveling process of dry mix and sand cement and level a 600mm x 600mm x 50mm Slab, other methods include creating a shuttering system and building large concrete foundations.

Groundwork's / Mains Connections

We offer a full turn-key contract to our customers. We can arrange to have all sewerage, electricity, water and gas connections done and installed in the building. If you need any information about any of these services.

Ramps, Steps and Skirting

We can construct ramps that apply to disabled regulations and also steps for access into the building.
