Marshlands School provides education for Primary aged children with Special Educational Needs. They contacted us to provide a temporary SEN classroom for pupils whilst the worked towards extending the school with a permanent brick building. They have hired the below building for at least 2 years (104 week hire period).

This project didn’t come without its challenges. During the planning process, it was found that the plumbing runs were potentially in a position that meant the site of the building would be compromised. Investigations were completed and a lot of plans were made to ensure the site of the building would be suitable.

We took control of the whole project from planning, groundworks, delivery, installation through to a professional clean at handover.
