Double Modular Classroom on Classroom Hire to Newport

Our customer contacted us in early November 2020. They were in a situation where they needed to hire a double modular classroom. It needed to be installed before Christmas and be ready for use in the New Year due to a previous order falling through. Fortunately, MPB Ltd had the exact refurbished modular building that would meet their requirements and could be ready within a few weeks.

Our Managing Director went to view the site to fully assess access for the lorries and cranes and determine that the location for the building to be suitable. We arranged for foundation pads to be constructed in place ready for the building.

After that point, it was all hands-on deck to ensure the modular classroom was repainted and new flooring put down to give a clean finish. Our install team worked over a week on site to get it ready before Christmas. As our staff are fully DBS checked, they were able to do their work and school staff did not have to keep a constant supervision over them during a busy school time.

This 5-bay modular classroom building comprises of plastisol steel exterior, vinyl-faced plasterboard interior, carpet tile and vinyl flooring, UPVC double glazed windows, fully glazed door, LED strip lights and double power sockets.

This building is on hire for twelve months whilst the school complete building their extension.
