West Hatch High School contacted us with the requirement for more teaching space. We presented to them a refurbished 15.0m x 12.0m double modular classroom with storage cupboards, office and lobby area. This project had a special added extra – two movable partitions were installed to give the option of one large teaching space or two separate ones. Both learning spaces had air-conditioning units.
To keep the playground intact, a surface mounted foundation system was used. The modular building has timber cladding and a steel ramp installed ensuring full DDA access.
Our customers used our full turnkey package to carry out all of the planning, design, groundworks, installation and complying to British building regulations.
