Royal Grammar School Worcester needed new accommodation for their pre-school pupils. They purchased a newly manufactured 5 bay double modular classroom complete with infant toilets and a DDA toilet. We offered a full turnkey service inclusive of planning and building regulations.

Installation had a couple of requirements based on the building location. Due to the proximity of trees, we used screw piles instead of conventional foundations. We also used a 300 tonne mobile crane (the biggest in their fleet) to lift the modular sections into place.

The site manager was so pleased with the building and working with our team, they are looking at using our services for further projects.
