Step 01 – Design Process
The first step is to create the design in collaboration with you, to make sure it will fit your specifications. We create a quote from this and when you’re happy, visit your site to check for any access issues.
Step 02 – Planning and Compliance
At this point, you complete and submit planning and building regulations applications, which usually take 8 – 12 weeks to complete. As part of our turnkey service, we can manage this process for you entirely.
Step 03 – Groundworks and Manufacture
Onsite the work begins by preparing the area with foundations, mains services, ducting and drainage while, offsite, the manufacture of your portable toilet blocks or shower building will commence. Completing both processes in tandem makes it more time efficient.
Step 04 – Installation
Your portable shower or toilet building is delivered to your site and installed by our engineers. Exterior and interior fittings are all carried out according to the design plan
Step 05 – Snagging and Handover
Snagging tasks are flagged, completed and checked to your satisfaction, at which point the keys and all building certifications are handed over, meaning you can begin to use your new modular showers and toilets.
