Sustainability is ingrained in every aspect of our modular classrooms, starting with the materials we use to build them. Naturally sourced materials like timber, as well as recyclable and reusable materials such as steel, aluminium and composite panels, all go into building our eco-modular classrooms. Many of these materials can be repurposed at the end of their lifespan, supporting a circular economy.

Our 20+ years of service also mean our team expertly designs the classrooms with high thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption for heating and cooling. Other materials featured in our sustainable modular classrooms include insulation, double glazing and low-emission finishes, all to promote more eco-friendly learning environments while keeping running costs low.

Keeping Construction Green

Compared to traditional builds, modular classrooms reduce waste thanks to being fabricated in controlled environments, don’t require as much energy or produce nearly the amount of harmful emissions, and cause minimal on-site disruption. Sustainable modular classrooms offer a cleaner, more resource-efficient alternative that supports schools’ eco-friendly ambitions and lowers overall environmental impact, something all of us at MPB are incredibly proud of.
